The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is the UK's largest member-led lobbying organisation that promotes the interests of its membership of small businesses and the self-employed.

The FSB has a membership of over 210,000 members across 33 UK regions. Established in 1974 the FSB now employs over 130 employees, and is a significant voice for small and medium sized businesses, supporting and lobbying for their interests. As a result of continued growth to support the ongoing programme of improved services to members, from time to time we recruit new staff.
