I AM DELIGHTED to welcome you to the Benefits website which seeks to describe the comprehensive range of exclusive services available only to members of the FSB. As Chairman of Member Services I am critically aware of the need to keep members informed about what FSB Member Services has to offer and to present this information in a way that is interesting and informative. The idea of this site is a development of a brochure presented to your National Council at the end of last year and I am grateful for their support in bringing this proposal to reality.
During the design phase we were constantly aware of the need to provide clear and uncomplicated information which would enable the membership to find out more about specific services on offer, or something about the FSB in general. We have provided two very quick and efficient ways of making your enquiry.
