Make no bones about it - times are tough for our small independent retailers, which is why the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has started its Keep Trade Local Campaign. This campaign wants to highlight that each year over 2000 local independent retailers close, and the FSB is petitioning the government to consider the plight of these retailers, and make the playing field fairer. Record Corner in Godalming has taken this campaign to heart, and so far has single-handedly collected almost 200 signatures. |
